Massage Monsoon Moisture Milk Shampoo through wet hair, adding more water as needed to lather. Rinse well. Follow with Monsoon Moisture Conditioner, running product through wet hair from mid-lengths to ends. Leave on for 1-2 minutes and rinse well.
