Talia Hubble: Valentine’s Dae At-Home GRWM

Hi friends! I’m Talia, an LA based blogger and longtime Dae fangirl. This year for Valentine’s Day (or shall I say, Dae 😉) I’m hosting a tiny brunch for two of my closest friends so I thought I’d take you along with me to get ready. Personally, Valentine’s Day has always felt like more of a Galentine’s Day to me. Between the pink and red palette and girly-pop decor, I love celebrating the day of love with my girlfriends.

I threw on my Lacausa sweat set and my pink Rothys slides. Lacausa is a sustainably made brand I adore! They have the cutest everyday clothes and this set is so comfy. Rothys are sustainably made too using recycled bottles, so rad. I love fashionable pieces that are also good for planet. I headed to Trader Joe’s for some beautiful blooms on a budget. I grabbed 6 red, white and pink bouquets.

I came home to trim and rearrange the flowers for a centerpiece. And then started setting up the picnic table in my backyard with some Galentine-y decor!

I love this pink Our Place Always Pan so much that I bought the matching ceramic plates. If you struggle in the kitchen, like me, this pan is key to keeping your cooking stick-free and smoke-free 😂. After setting up, I headed upstairs to get ready.

I used my Dae Prickly Pear Hair Oil to bring my hair back to life. I love using it on my ends because they’re especially dry. It’s also my favorite product for effortless styling.

I did my makeup using some of my go-to products. I tend to stick to clean beauty products (which is just another reason I love Dae). Some of my current favorites are the ILIA Super Serum Skin Tint and the Milk Makeup Matte Bronzer Stick.

I changed into my brunch outfit, this pink dress from Rent the Runway. I’ve been really into rental services like RTR and Nuuly lately because they’re another sustainable way to wear cute clothes!

Hair and makeup ready, I headed back outside to meet the girls. Happy Galentine’s Dae!!

 xx Talia
