What is the Daedreamers Club?
The Daedreamers Club is our customer loyalty program. It’s free to join, and we’ll give you 75 points just for signing up!
How do I earn points?
There are so many ways for you to earn points, including shopping Dae products and engaging with us!
+ New members will earn 75 points for creating an account with us.
+ Earn 1 point per $1 spent every time you make a purchase on daehair.com.
+ Earn 10 points for liking us on Facebook or following us on Instagram or TikTok.
+ Earn 20 points for subscribing to our email and SMS lists.
+ Earn 50 points by celebrating your birthdae with us.
+ Earn 15 points for writing a review via post-purchase email after you make a purchase.
+ Earn 225 points when a friend uses your referral link to make their first purchase of $75 or more.
What if I already have an account with Dae?
If you already have an account with us, great news! You’ve been automatically enrolled and can log in and see how many points you have right away.
If you don’t have an account, no worries! It’s easy to sign up, and you can start earning points today. Just make sure you log in or create an account with the email you usually purchase your Dae favorites with.

How do I check how many points I have?
You can check your Daedreamers Club points balance at any time here—just make sure you’re logged into your account.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your Daedreamers Club points will expire 12 months after your last order with us, but we’ll send you a reminder email so you don’t forget to use them!
I just placed an order and saw my points are pending, when can I redeem them?
It takes 30 days from purchase date for points to process into your Daedreamers Club account. If you don’t see the points available for use in your account within 30 days of your purchase, please be sure to email us at cs@daehair.com with your order number.
I just signed up/engaged on social media/wrote a review, but I don’t see the points added to my account.
Sometimes it takes our system a few minutes to process and apply the points to your account. However, if you don’t see the points in your account within 24 hours, please be sure to email us at cs@daehair.com with your account details.
What happens if my order is returned or canceled?
We want you to love your Dae purchase, but if for whatever reason you don’t, any points earned from that order will be deducted from your Daedreamers Club points balance.
